emsprojects⁺ was founded as an independent project management company in real estate based in the field of architecture.

Located in the Rhine-Main area we focus on providing real estate services to national and international clients guaranteeing best communication through exceptional language proficiency in English and German. Custom-made services to suit clients’ needs provide flexibility and continuity through a single point of contact for each project.

Our office is in Taunusstein-Wehen (approx. 10 km from Wiesbaden) in a prime location, central to the city center, idyllically located between the Rheingau and Frankfurt am Main.

As a senior project manager for many years I deliver services of high complexity to English and German speaking clients. My focus is the coordination of all planning and construction work connected with new constructions, refurbishments and tenant fit-out works. Based on my experience I negotiate savings of time and money in all phases of the construction process by communicating into all levels of management. I have worked as a freelance Architect as well as in different engineers’ offices in Germany and abroad.

I worked as an architect in Darmstadt, Hamburg and Berlin for a few years before moving into the field of project management in Berlin and Frankfurt. Training colleagues on the subject of project management and volunteer management of the Professional Group Commercial Real Estate at RICS Germany are just a few of the tasks that I have taken on.

For the European Space Agency in Darmstadt I was client representative with a leading role in the panel of their European architectural competition.
